Sally is a psychology graduate and advanced personal trainer REPS-Level 3. She's committed to fulfilling her dream of delivering a bootcamp that is creative, fresh and effective. Where even people who have failed before can finally find a fitness environment they enjoy.

Sally believes the key to helping clients see the results they want is to make them feel motivated to keep coming. To do this the programmes need to be varied and exciting. Sally constantly strives for this experience. Sally also offers the necessary push on those days when self-motivation fails.

The importance of the motivational role of a community is something Sally promotes as it's the resource for clients to gain support and build friendships within a lifestyle where they can become, and remain, fit for life.

Jamie is a sports coaching graduate and believes the key to a successful workout is having fun in an environment where you feel comfortable. Jamie's big kid approach will help you through even the toughest workouts.

For those who are ready to be pushed Jamie will push you to your limit and beyond in order to get the best out of you. For those who aren't ready to be pushed there's still no escape as Jamie will ensure you always give what you can.

Both Sally and Jamie enjoy windsurfing and outdoor adventure sports and believe in the benefits of outdoor exercise and being fit and strong to enjoy what life has to offer.
