~ What do I need to do to secure a booking?  You need to attend an induction session which usually takes around 15 mins. At the induction you'll pay for your course by cheque or cash and this will secure your booking.

~ When does the course fee need to be paid?  If you want to secure a place on a course in the future you can pay a 25% non-refundable deposit. If you have reserved a course then course fees are due in full 3 weeks before the start date.

~ Who do I make a cheque payable to?  Fresh Air Gym Limited.

~ Should I do anything to prepare?  Yes! You need to make sure you have appropriate clothing and you'll also need to notify your GP of your intention to begin an intensive exercise programme. We are always happy to discuss with your GP any concerns they may have with regards to intensity of Boot Camp so that they can assess your suitability. Its vital that we work together with health professionals to ensure your needs are best met.

~ How do I sign up?  Use the contact page to register your interest and we'll be in touch to book an induction for you.

~ Do you have an office?  No. By appointmently only we use Revive Treatment Room to carry out the inductions. This is in Huntington.
