~ What if it rains, won't I get wet? Yes .. since we live in England it's likely you will get wet at some point .. and muddy! If you're serious about getting and staying fit though - it's time to get over your fear of water. Outdoor training in the elements is the most exhilarating experience and if you've never done this then you should. It is important to wear appropriate clothing for the weather of course but once you've accepted being wet and muddy you'll soon start enjoying yourself.
~ What should I bring? The ideal thing is to bring a waterproof swimming bag with an extra bits of clothing you might need (beanie, gloves, rain mac). Don't bring anything valuable as staff will be watching you and not your bags. You could bring a low calorie water based drink though we will have drinks for sale if you forget. If you have a heart rate monitor then it's always a good idea to wear it so that you can learn more about your fitness but please ensure that it's switched to silent. No mobile phones are accepted in the sessions.
~ Where do we meet? Courses usually take place in Cannock Chase but when you enrol you'll be given a map and directions to your meeting spot.
~ How hard will it be? We're going to do our very best to challenge your body so that you get good results. We figure if you were after a mooch around a warm gym then you wouldn't enrol on Boot Camp. However when you enrol you'll be given instruction on how to assess how hard you're working so that you don't over do it. Our moto is 'train today so that you can train tomorrow' .. no point getting injuries!
