~ Who is Boot Camp suitable for? Boot Camp is for everyone! We have designed a number of different Boot Camps around the most commonly requested personal training goals. Read through the different options and if you feel we've missed something then let us know.
~ Why is Boot Camp always outdoors? Boot Camp is a results driven exercise programme. Often we find that memberships to health clubs are used sporadically at best and we feel that the environment can be provide a too comfortable environment to push yourself towards your goals. Being outdoors your body will need to work hard to keep you warm and moving against the elements so you'll burn many more calories than in a gym. Also there are no machines that allow you to sit and rest ..we'll keep your whole body moving during the sessions and you'll really see results.
~ What should I expect? To a degree this depends on the Boot Camp you choose. All Boot Camps are 45mins and include resistance work and cardio. The exercises are designed to work on all over body conditioning. There will be some team work and working with a buddy. Your personal trainers will offer you lots of encouragement. You'll find the sessions fly by and you'll always be glad you came.
~ Do I have to do all the activities? Not at all. If there is an exercise you're not comfortable with for whatever reason just say so or ask for help and we can adapt the exercise for you. Though you'll receive constant encouragement from staff no-one will be forced to do something they don't want to do.
