Boot Camp is personal training in a group environment making it a more affordable and more fun way to acheive your goals. Its outdoor all year round so your body will burn more calories and work harder than an indoor workout. It's also more exhilarating and feels less like fitness and more like fun!
Every workout you do with us will be a full body fat melting workout. We have a maximum group size of 30 and you always have 2 instructors in each session to push and motivate you. This means that we can make sure that when motivation fails you we're there on hand to ensure you get the best out of your workouts.
Bootcamp programmes are for ages 16+ as it can be an adult environment at times! Get in touch for info about kids fitness sessions.
