BOOT CAMP

Boot Camp is all about outdoor fitness training. The reason we're so passionate about outdoor fitness is because your body will burn more calories and work harder just because you're outside. It's also more exhilarating and feels less like fitness and more like fun!  

Boot Camp activities will ensure you use your whole body for all activities. Since we won't isolate muscles using a machine your whole body will need to work hard to complete the exercises. Much harder than mooching around a warm gym. What this means for you is that you will get better results in less time.

What really makes Boot Camp effective though is its intensity. 3 times a week for 4 weeks is a sustainable short term target for you to drop a dress size and start to develop a habit of fitness. While long term gym memberships often fall by the wayside Boot Camp ensures you get great fast results when you've got time for it.


Whilst personal training can be prohibitively expensive Boot Camp offers the ideal alternative - Group Fitness Training that's fun and different.  We'll motivate you and keep motivating you until you reach your goals. You'll stay with the same group members for your 4 week programme ensuring you get maximum support network while we do this together as a team.

There is a boot Camp for everyone .. all fitness levels and all age groups. Please note the minimum age for the adult boot camp is 18. We run specific boot camps for under 18's. Please check the Timetables page for the next scheduled Boot Camps.
